The first step in building a great home is having a great plan. Many people bring us home plans that they have acquired in various ways. The internet has been a great source for plans. In many cases these plans need to be modified to suit the specific needs of the client. We assist our clients with this process in many ways.

Once the clients home needs have been identified we can then work towards home plan discovery. As mentioned the starting point is often plans from books, the internet or homes that we have already designed. In some cases we will develop a home from scratch. We use local home designers to lay out the plan and modify it as needed.

From beginning to end of the home design process we are always keeping an eye on the type of investment you have planned for your new home. Home cost estimating on custom homes is one of the most difficult things to do. There are many things to identify within the home development process that can only be obtained by getting to know the client such as allowances, specifications, etc.... This is always an important part of the process and one we treat with great respect.
