The Following Home Specifications are used to construct homes built by Elite. This is a starting point in understanding how each Elite home is constructed.

FOUNDATION

  • Concrete Footing With ½” Reinforcement Bars Per Code (3000 to 3500 PSI)
  • 9’ High By 10" Thick Poured Concrete Foundation Walls With ½” Reinforcement Bars
  • 4” +/- Thick Concrete Basement Floor With Stress Control Strips

  • 8” Of Type 2B Stone With A Vapor Barrier Under Basement Floor
  • Asphalt Coated Moisture Proofing Foundation Walls To Grade
